Asking for bribe for accepting and acknowledging monthly PT return.
Iam Head of Operations and Company Secretary of an MNC in Bangalore. we need to file our monthly professional tax return with two separate Professional Tax offices. One particular officer is insisting for bribe to accept retun in time, else he will kept my person in waiting for giving acknowledgement.
Now I have stopped sending return in person and started sending the same in registered psot.
