I have purchased a house in indira nagar, lucknow sec 10, and now i want to change name in bill but from lineman to JE all are asking for bribe, this about 4 month that i am fighting with them and trying to resolve this issue without paying bribe. let see what happens next but sincerely , i will not pay any rs to anybody as bribe.
