Beggers in govt. office!
This incident happened at the jayanagara sub-registrar office last year, after submitting all the documents in the afternoon they told me to come sometime in the evening to collect my marriage certificate, evening it was ready and he issued the marriage certificate and like a begger he asked for money and I gave him Rs20, he didn't accept and said "I am not a begger", I said "then I don't need to pay you" and just walked out.
