Bike towed from parking area
My bike was towed by the towing van from the specified 'parking area' in front of a shop, and the traffic police demanded 5oo rs. when i refused he reduced the amount to 250 rs. he seemed drunk so i went to nearby police station to report this. where i was told that they cant register the complaint and that it comes under RTO and i should go there. when i came back my bike was there and the towing truck was vanished. i feel good that i didn't pay him but i feel sad that i received no help, and that such incidences keep on happening around.
