Bribe amount asked for my new flat registration.

• Registration of Flat or Apartment

Dear all,

I have purchased a flat in North Bangalore.When i approached for registration of this flat.The builder is asking around 1% of the guidance value of the flat as bribe and 14k as advocate fees.I am really in dual to go for registration or not.Please guide me or provide some contact who can help me.
