Bribe and Harassment for Survival Certificate after my Father's passing away
I recently had been to Taluk Office in KG Road, Bangalore to seek Survival Certificate, the revenue inspector visited our house soon after and then said Family Tree was not to be issues by court but to be issued by him, okay he then asked ration card and couple of other docs to prove the family tree and finally was okay and while leaving the house asked me alone to come on a working day to Taluk Office to talk and I understand and could smell his desperate thirst for our hard-earned money.
When I didn't go to office as I was stuck with my work at office, he called me next day and harassed me that he was going to keep our file pending until I visit the Taluk office.
But later when my mother visited the Taluk office the next day he said he rejected our application but then BangaloreOne application status shows "Pending with case worker" even as of last Sunday.
When I go to Taluk office to collect the rejected application and submitted documents for a fresh re-application, the lady there says she can't believe that the documents have not been resent to bangaloreone center although I showed her the bangaloreone acknowledgement and instead she asked me to get a print out confirming that bangaloreone has not received back the documents.
If this NOT harassment what is the meaning of harassment in Bangalore which seems very usual now.
