Bribe for registering complaint

I lost my NSC certificate and I had to register complaint for the same so that duplicate certificate could be issue. The police personnel responsible for registering FIR was asking Rs 200 for the doing the job.

Very bad, they wanted money just for registering complaint.. She insisted but I refused to give bribe... then at last she gave me the FIR receipt.
