Bribe of Rs.5000/- for Property tax name transfer
I applied to transfer my name in my property tax. first day i went to Ayapakkam panchayat office and i met an officer regarding this. He asked Rs.500/- for EC and i paid the amount and next day we went to there and he asked Rs.550/- for current year tax we paid the same and he asked to come and meet me after one week.
i went to the panchayat office and i met the officer next week. I asked the receipt of name transfer but he asked Rs.5000/- for that receipt. I am unable to pay that money at that time. so i came back. Still i am unable to get my receipt.
