Bribe Taken in the Name of Fee
This is with regards to my friends case, the names which I would rather wouldn't like to share. He had been to the Madiwala Police Station to register a FIR for the theft of his two Indane Gas Cylinders recently. But to just lodge an FIR for the loss he was charged Rs 200 & the term used to collect this money is, its a Fee. God knows which all Police Stations in bangalore have this tendency of collecting fees & what are their rates to lodge an FIR. I'm happy that there is a website were I or a common citizen could post their woes in their day to day life. It is really getting pathetic day by day bcos of the rampant corruption. God save us.......
