Builder and TNEB together requesting for bribe for new connections
I have purchased an apartment from Pacifica Aurum, Padur, Chennai. Electricity initially was provided through Generator and house was handed over. Later the builder representative Lokesh from the Pacifica Builder (Aurum - Happiness Tower) is requesting for 15000 INR as bribe. The association tried taking it up but since this being a small money everyone feels that it is okay to pay. I havent paid the bribe yet hence no electricity.
