Cash payment for property registration
Hve been asked by my builder to pay 15k in cash to be paid to the sib-registrar during registration of my apartment. Asking for details have resulted in no details. It's in domlur or marathahalli complex. The sub registrar only takes money from associated lawyers and is a rampant practice in all the registration offices. Can u suggest what I can do?
