I am a 22 year old boy and i am travelling from my college to my home but in the middle of my way,i stoped by a traffic police because of not wearing healmet because i am smoking,he asked for the papers i showed him all my paper,so first he ask for rupess 200 and at last he camed to rupees 100,so i said i having only 50 rupees,so he refused and he asked what to do,so i said make a chalan while making my chalan he asked me again,if you want to give money,this will not happen,so i said make my chalan,i will pay for my chalan.
