Change The Name of The Owner.
In the Office of Mira - Bhayander Municipal Corporation , Station Road, Bhayander West, District - Thane , PIN - 401101, Bearing property No(s), B080001362000, B080001363000, B080001364000, and B080001365000 duly recorded as The owner BADRINARAYAN RAMPRATAP ,
Now, they had changed the name of the owner as A. B. Sharma without process of law.
In the circumstances,the real owner is unable to process any suitable steps to do the needful.
Hence, a complaint had been lodged before The Commissioner and no appropriate action had been taken by the staff and officers in the said office. Therefore, the owner has been harassed to get illegal gratification by the staff and officers in the charge of the duty.
