Change of Name done for PCMC flat without much hassels
I happened to visit PCMC office(at PCMT Chowk, Bhosari) for Name change of a property which we bought in my wife's name. Builder decided not to help in the matter, so we had to go on our own.
Its a Govt office, but except the old look of it, the experience with all of the staff members was nice. My file was with Mr Adsul and he really did good job. He was so humble and was also taking calls in pvt mobile number. No Govt Employee type attitude at all, and he was eager to discuss/solve the problems. Thank you very much Mr Adsul.
