When i was stading in que to get my lerning licence the clerk asked me to pay Rs 40 ,I paid it And got the recipt & sat on the chair waiting for my turn to get LLR ,I just look at the recipt the amount written was not so clear ,i checked it once again actual was Rs 29.60 only Again i went to the clerk & asked her about the difference she quit looked at me & asked me which Agent is assisting you ,I said " I my self " she took me aside & said this is the reguler practice here , But I say why to pay more then she took me in her office & write my name on the piece of paper ,at that i also shoot all the activity in my mobile camera ,when she observe this frightened 7 returned my Rs 10 ,
