Officer in charge and Circle Inspector of Basanti Police Station…
Officer in charge and Circle Inspector of Basanti Police Station of West Bengal police have forwarded charge sheet under Basanti P.S. case No. 105 dt. 15.02.12 to Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore Police Court, Kolkata wherein the Investigating officer connived with my foe and without going through any investigation as per section 157 crpc submitted that to the above court. When the case was investigated no communication made with me by police or any other authority even no police came to my house and after submitting the charge sheet no court of law given me any notice about the case but the was issued warrant against me which cause i was arrested at night time simply calling calling me at Bowbazar P.S. just to make me humiliate. I made complaint to Chief Home Minister of WB, Chief Secretary, Home Secretary, DGP, DIG of police, S.P. etc but no reply or action has taken by them. I have seen during imprison in Alipore Central Correctional Center that there lot of innocent prisoners are charged falsely as well as false cases and due to lac of law they can not come out of that web. How ever my case is very much clear and don't afraid about any pressure so if any effective thing is there beside above in our country that the police or other authority or any body be punished due to their mischief then I shall proceed accordingly accordingly.
