Cooperative senior inspector waiting for posting orders since 8 months due to nonpayment of bribe coop.Sr.Inspector waiting for posting orders due to nonpayment of bribe
I am a state Govt.employee cooperative department of AP I was suspended in 2006 by the dist.collector. I did not offer any bribe to any one.Enquiry was conducted without follwing any rules and enquiry report given by the then joint collector without taking any recorded evidence.The additional registrat dismissed me basing on the prelinenery enquiry report. As per rules the additional registrar should order a statutary enquiry as per AP cca rules.This was done as I rejected give bribe to the enquiry officer and the additional registrar(disciplinery authority).I appealed on dismissal before appillate authority.In the process of moving my appeal to the commissioner(appillate authority)the file stayed on the joint registrar table for 18 months on the same reason of bribe. Atlast the appillate authority setaside the dismissal and ordered afresh enquiry on 08-04-2010.The Addtional regisrar should give posting orders to me and should appoint enquiry officer. But no action was taken till **********. The concerned file put up by related section and stayed on the same joint registrar's table since 8 months awaiting for bribe. The matter was taken before the additional registrar and commissioner who are the higher authorities respectively to the JR.Thus I am being suffered since more than 4 years for not accept to pay bribe.
Further the then joint collector/enquiry officer was suspended on ACB raids on his illegel assets and reinstated also.
