Am puneet sharma permanent R/o wazirabad, Delhi and my ancestral property situated in Village Khanda, Tehsil Kharkhoda, Sonipat. sir I used to go to my village on Tuesday and Saturday to do worship as we had a temple in our School situated in Abadi Village Khanda, where my relatives also resides but whenever we went there, a lady who is my aunt namely Smt Kanta W/o Sh.Satnarain R//o village Khanda, gave false compliant against us and she gave the name of my whole family despite knowing that no one is present there and in doing this the police officials in the influence of politicians as Kanta had a good links with politicians just because of this police officials came to our home and harass us when we gave the complaint in regard to the same then police official gave abuse to us, specifically on 09/07/2013 when we went to our temple the son of Kanta namely Padam and Pawan abused me and gave fist blows and outrage the modesty my real aunt namely Smt. Hemlata w/o Sh.Omprakash Sharma, and after when i called the no. of police and SP Sonipat, the all accused person hide themselves in the home and when police PCR came to the spot then one of the police officer namely ASI Dayanand who is well wisher of Kanta and after reaching that spot the lady Kanta called the ASI into her home, when ASI came out and he told to all of us to come to police station and after that he told to Kanta that no need to come to police station I will handle it own my own , after that when we reached there, he made a kalandra of section 107/151 Cr.PC without knowing the facts and made the wrong parties and arrest us without any fault of us and thereafter around 10 pm lady kanta came to police station and gave Bribe to Dayanand. AND after making enquiry from the village and other local people i came to know that Dayanand demands money from most of the people. I complaint the same to SP Sonipat after that SP direct the SHO to tell the status about ASI Dayanand but after that no action was taken against him and Dayanand for this reason deliberately made a Kalandra of 145 on my aunt plot where there is no dispute regarding the possession over that plot but ASI Dayanand deliberately made me Puneet Sharma also party in that Kalandra even I have no concern or right over that property but he made me and my brother party in Kalandra just to take revenge. And just because of this person ASI Dayanand no police officials is ready to lodge FIR against the culprits who always harass us. And complaint is also send to DC, Sonipat, who directed the SP, Sonipat and who further marked the same to SHO but the shocking thing is that the complaint mark to SHO bearing no. 22-HSM is also dealt by the same ASI Dayanand against whom the compliant has been and he made false against me because i refused to pay him bribe and illegal demands of other part to gave him a piece ofland
