I am talking about Mr. AK Singh who has been taking millions of rupees in bribe. He owns land worth 20 Crore in his neighbourhood and hires 6-7 servants at any given day. The apartments is shown in the name of his illiterate servant to avoid suspicion. People like should be investigated for fraud but he was recently promoted to be and RTO from ARTO. I would like to point out the misuse of blue beacons on all of his cars.
