Corruption at your doorstep.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Perhaps a tryst with adversity is an unavoidable part of destiny in our city filled with miracles of ignorance and poverty. One such group responsible for the miserable corrupt practices in Mumbai International BPO Call Center business is Ms.********** More, Head of Department, Human Resources & Recruitment; Ms. ********** **********, HR recruitment, Ms. **********, HR Recruitment, Mr. **********, HR Recruitment and Ms. ********** are all involved in siphoning off the American debtor's hard earned money under the pretext of recruitment. Their game plan goes something like this: they will tie up with dubious, unlicensed and unauthorized manpower recruitment firms who will in turn collect information of possible recruits from the internet and made several calls a day to them forcing them to come over for an interview at NCO BPO/Call Center located at Fairmont, (Little ahead of D-Mart) Hiranandani Business park at Powai, Mumbai, giving false promises of lavish salaries and bonuses after the candidate is recruited they NCO will pay the recruitment firms huge amounts as commissions. The recruitment firms will pay the above mentioned people a major part of those commissions secretly after the commissions have been paid the candidate is at a loss to understand why he or she joined the BPO after giving up a valid job elsewhere, if the candidate protests he is asked to ********** up with the Ms. ********** More and will then be blackmailed by her that if he wants to collect his salary he will have to write and sign a resignation letter as dictated by her or else he will not be given his salary. All of this happens at the expense of the waning ********** of the International business community in the Indian manpower and is undecided about future foreign investments in the country. Also the above mentioned people have the tendency of accepting bribes from banks. The Modus Operandi is as follows, they will select a corrupt bank in India like HDFC who will look at the number of employees in the company and will determine what kind profits are to be derived from opening their salary accounts and if it is advantageous to trick them into accepting credit cards without telling them the details of collection practices and the collection charges. The bank will then pay bribes to the above mentioned to be the sole banker for salary accounts to the employees. That is why NCO India has only one salary account bank for its employees i.e. HDFC.
I AM AN EYEWITNESS TO THESE MALICIOUS PRACTICES BY NCO INDIA AS I HAVE BEEN AN EMPLOYEE OF NCO INDIA AND DID NOT WISH TO BE A PART OF THE UNJUST CAMPAIGN TO USURP AMERICAN BLOOD MONEY!!!
