That day I understood how Indians must have felt when British people used to treat them. I felt the same way.
I fought with the Railway police-pune as they were supporting the gang (a very violent gang) of railway ticket agents. I and almost 40 people were standing in queue for tatkal reservation on Pune railway station just before 7ó clock some mawali arround 30 boys (age15 - 30) bumped in and started fighting with innocent people and pushed us back in queue in front of the railways police (a big moushtache fat guy with some constables)...we pleaded them (as we were not proffesional fighters.) finally I wrote a big letter to railways police senior personnel and have taken the signature from all of the people ( arround 140 ) but the policeman have taken the application/complaint and pushed me in the queue.
As I had to take ticket for My mother going from Pune to Ajmer ( She was not well) I stood in modified queue and because i had credit card I luckily got the ticket.
But that day I understood a bit , how Indians must have felt when British people used to treat them. I felt the same way.
I can't ask anyone to help us, as I don't know who to ask, because if even I stand up, I need to see my wife my parents at my back ( Are they Safe ???) Are we ???
