Decoits in Traffic Police Uniform on Roads.
I was once stopped by a Traffic cop and just because i was not having pollution certificate and Traffic cop asked for 300/- bribe and when i said i do not have money, Cop asked me to come along with him to an ATM where i can withdraw cash and pay bribe. this is really not done and finally i ended up having paid 200/- and collected chalan reciept. I was surprised that he was telling that being a Traffic COP he can charge upto 200 with his own discretion.
