Dehypothication process at Barasat RTO
On 8th July 16 I went to Barasat RTO for dehypothication of my car as I need to move out of state shortly. The official was not accepting my application for this. After several requests he took it but didn't accept fees for my application rather gave another receipt and told me to visit later. Because of some unavoidable requirements I went out station for 2months. On 12September I visited again but the official turned down my request to accept fees for dehypothication application and told me to come next day before 11AM. I send there at 1030AM and kept requesting till 1130 and then they finally took the fees (140.00)and gave a receipt and gave me the bank papers to get endorsed by bank again which was supposed to be done by them and told me to visit with that next day. The sbi bank officer was not ready to sign that form 35 again as they already did that before. After requesting the manager he signed it. Now I have to visit the RTO with that form. The RTO officers don't furnish required information and always direct to the umbrellas (agent) . Please prove me wrong if lied here.
