A deliberate attempt to take bribe by Traffic Police!!

{Identification: Fat Guy with a Dark Complexion, Sitting on Trademark White Pulsar}
I was riding bike back to home. I was approaching a traffic signal which called me to cross it as it was soothing green. I crossed it and took a left turn at this signal to proceed towards KR Puram Rly Stn. To my amazement, I was stopped by a Traffic Police. I asked the cop why?? He asked me to see another cop !! I asked the 2nd one why?? He replied softly - "Traffic Light Not Observed" was my offence. Fearing, If I left my specs at home - I searched my specs under my helmet. It was right there and I was confused as to what is this. I immediately noticed that the traffic from the Hoody circle has not started moving yet which meant the signal was still not green for them. This prooved that the cop was out rightly wrong and was present there to take take fool commuters!! Then the cop asked for my license and Rs 100/=. I gave the license to the cop but refused to pay him anything !! I told the signal was green and hence I did not stop. The cop said (in a bit higher tone than earlier) - "More You Speak, More You Loose" - Directly Proportional !! I WAS BEING FOOLED AGAIN. I told the light was green, it was not even Yellow, and hence I crossed it. The cop threatened me - Give 100 now or you explain the situation in the court and you would end up paying more. I said I would not pay even a single rupee to you as I did not violate the traffic rule and am ready for the court proceedings !! Then this cop asked the first cop if the bike has Karnataka Registration (Offence or No Offence - what it has to do with which state the vehicle is registered with !!) Finally, the cop understood that I would not pay the bribe to him and he said (in Kannada) that I would get a court notice. No Challan !! No Receipt !! They did not note my bike's registration number either !! Perhaps, I made a dent in that cop's Pongal C'bration !!
Traffic Police Department:
Please make your system Bribe Free, Pay them enough so that they don't act like criminals !! Commuters would love to see either the traffic signals or the cops of such a dreadful tribe. Both of them are not letting people reach home on time !! They loose money too just because some senseless bunch of people want to rip them !! Though they pay tax...though they follow rules !!
