Dharmakshetra-Kurukshetra bribe stuff
I was an 'under grad student' studying at NIT Kurukshetra. Applied for Passport(which is birth right of every one to have. PS: Govt is not doing any social service b issuing passport.Its their duty).Police guys called me to their station to verify the details. After the process is over, scratching the head act started. I said I cant. After a month they called me again and said you have not signed at a particular place in the verification document(they did not say that the first time when i went). I signed and again the act started. They said they need some money, which I did not offer. Result I get the passport after 6 months time. Though there was no urgency from my side, I am fully aware of the reason for the long delay. Catch my point ?
