Didn't paid anything more than the Govt receipt
I had to transfer the 4 wheeler ownership name from my uncle to my name and it was migrated from Mumbai to Bangalore. I did the whole process by myself. One day visited RTO Electronics City Bangalore to submit all the papers and govt fees. After 7 days went there again to collect the RC book which was in my name without any bribe story!
