Didn't pay the bribe for glass film on car
Today morning I was stopped near Udyog Vihar tri section while coming to office. I was of the impression that there is no film on my car window. The police constable told me that there is a challan of Rs 1000/- for this. I asked him that I didn't there was a film on my window but then I realised that while servicing the car 2 years back, I had put on a film so it was a clear mistake of mine. He asked for Rs 500/- for settlement but I told him to file challan. He brought 3 of his other colleagues and they tried to settle the matter with Rs 100/- finally. I still told them that I will pay Rs 1000/- fine. Before leaving I told them why do they ask for bribes and they all were ashamed and not in any position to say. Finally, today evening, I am going to get this film off from my car.
