Didn't pay bribe in Sirsi RTO
Recently I applied for learning licence. I was worrying that I might have to go through agents. But when I went there everything was done so smoothly without any agents. Officers were very helpful and they answered all my questions patiently.
Best part was before taking test one officer gave detail overview of all traffic rules and regulations and told all of us how important it is to follow traffic rules and asked everyone to follow rules properly. He was really concerned of road accidents in Sirsi. It made me to love my Sirsi more.
