DL w/o Bribe
I was adament to get a DL without paying bribe so I went to RTO and filled the form with the documents. Later the officer asked to come again and again but I did not pay. When I went third time I asked him I need the DL today else let me know the reason in writing. He asked to to drive my car and then issued the DL.
I guess I got it as I was adament to get it without paying bribe. I was jobless that time so I was able to follow up. Now if that happens may be I won't be able to do it.
