For driving without Indian license
Hi,
I live in new jersey USA,I was in raipur C.G on vacation and driving my brother's bike.Policeman stopped me and ask for licence.I showed my US licence.He said you can't drive here with that and sent me to talk to senior officer.He demanded me 1000 Rs . I asked him can he show me the rule where the foreign licence is invalid in India.Then he said me to give 500 Rs. I asked him to give me receipt and to write in receipt that i have a foreign licence and fined.He don't know whether he got scared but he asked me to leave.
