Education Department of Pune Municipal Corporation
We had applied for a project on behalf of our NGO. But they din't processed it further saying we need pay 20% of the approved amount as commission.
Afterwards we came to know that it happens for all kind of projects with this department. Other Municipal departments are also working on the same principle.
They are conducting presentations of all applicants but its just show that their process is transparent.
