Escape the 'fees'
Hi,
I went to get my marriage registered ay the Yeshwanthpura APMC yard sub registrar office. A lady seated there handed out the form and was very helpful with all the instructions - made me feel it's not always the same in the Government offices. She clearly highlighted supporting documents that were required - all the while mentioning that I had to get it reviewed by her the next day when the registration officer. I paid the mandated fee of Rs 108 to the registration officer. Collected the registration copies from him just turned my back on the lady and vanished. She was shamelessly whispering *******
