Free Toll on Pune-Mumbai Express-way for NCP attendees at Mumbai
I was surprised to see all ( more than 1000+) the vehicles having NCP Flat/Banners/logo were allowed freely to travel on Express way to attend NCP Function on 10th of June 2011. When I asked at Toll Plaza why they r doing this, he offered me without paying get away, but I paid the fee and took couple of photo's at location, when Toll people started threatening us we left the place with no idea to where and whome to register the complaint. This is MASS Bribe to get freely away.
