TIME OF INCIDENT : WHILE TAKING THE TENDERS ( GETTING AGREEMENT IN TENDER TIME IN THE MONTH OF MAY EVERY YEAR )

DESIGNATION : ELECTRICIAN CUM PLUMBER
Sir , I took tender two times from this office , every time he used to ask bottle of wine and money for each fan repair , tender rate for this Rs 225 /- but i have to give Rs 75/- to him for each fan ,after some time i informed to principal about this matter i told her that i could not able to get any profit but getting loss because of above said but she did not take any action , i informed to her i write a letter to higher officials but she did not listen and scolded us , and next year on wards he kept another person to get tender by that time he asked what is the tender amount you have filled ,i simply told the amount and his friend filled lessor amount than me and got tender
so, if this type of persons are there in this society we could not go for tender and work satisfaction , please try to make action which is useful for society
