Gazzetted officer charing bribe to attest documents
Gazzetted officer at SBI Bank in BTM asked 100 INR / document to attest all the certificates. His job is just to see the original and then the photocopy and mark it is a true copy. This was outrageous, as in last 30 years I have not heard of something like this. I asked name of that officer, but he refused to tell me that. I left the office and went to Water Works department (near BTM Water Tank bus station) and got it done for free.
