For getting a Pension
My father was state Government employee and recently expired. For getting pension on my mother's name there was a need of NOC from fathers dept. The officer responsible for that was demanded Rs 5000 which i have refused. Any way i saved the amount but for that faced mentally harrassement. Its really shame...
