I was asked Bribe for issuing Road Permit for my departmental purpose.

I went to the office of Commissioner of Commercial Tax, Giridih. for issuing a road permit, i met Pandey ji the Office Assistant there, he asked me to give a sum, then i asked that i may get the receipt against that sum, he said no its office expanses, and he will cooperate me to get that said Road permit within a day. I asked for contact no. of the Commissioner Sir, he denied.
