I was asked for Rs 5000 for passport verification by policemen

This instance is of Shivkuti police station,allahabad. When i denied, they didnt veried my report. Wrote several emails to officials but I think their emails are only 'KHANAPURTI' . They even did not open my email. I have proof of all these events(Even I can prove my Emails are unread till now).
