Insisted to Pay Challan
I was driving on main ring road in New Delhi and was talking on my phone. I was caught by 2 cops on a bike nd they stopped me. I was impressed to see that this kind of work is happenineg in our city !! they told me I have to give my license and collect it from the court ( I guess it was written on my face that i was not going to pay a bribe, so they were making it tough for me. I insisted that ill pay the challan. they said ok, but we have to call a witness and challan is 1000 rupees. I said ok, ill wait ( as it is I was late to work, so what they hell !!) cops were surprised. they understood what was going on in my mind...and finally to punish me ..they gave me a challan for Rs. 100 and let me go. ********** ********** !
