I was getting my license for 2 wheeler, the agent( who knew me) took me to the inspector who isues the license after test as like in other rto offices at chikodi in belgaum district is one firtile ground for corruption., officer asked for 200rs , i refused i said why , when i raised the issue that his son is junior to me in college, then officer issued me license.
would like u to add CHIKODI IN IN UR CITY LIST, SYNONYMOS WITH CORRUPTION, ACCORDING TO PPLE I KNOW , GOVT OFFICERS PAY IN LAKHS TO GET DEPUTED THERE, IT WAS IN 90'S ********** BE NOW IN *******
