I have purchased a land near Bangalore rural in 2011 and not applied for Khata, when i inquired to apply for Khata panchayath officials are informing not possible to get khata now but to wait for Govt's Akrama sakrama option.
What will happen to my land and how can i protect my interest.. pls pls help
