Land Paata Issuance
I have registered my Land in 2002 I have received the land registration documents from the sub registrar. In tamilnadu, we also have to apply for transfer of patta with the local thasildar. I have been denied for various resons till date and on checking with various officials I am coming to learn that only by bribing them will my file move. It has been a number of years I have been resisting, but it is my work which has been incomplete till date. I wonder how long will this take!
