Marriage Registration Bribe
I went to get married in India, punjab. And tired to register in Floor, Punjab Government Offices for court marriage. I had with me all my documents with me for evidence. They asked for bride of RS 25,000 but i would not pay it. Their excuse was i did not have a ration card for India. Well i am British so why would i need one. Anyways i was furious and decided to go else where but i swore i would not play them anymore then the blue print on the document of RS 1000. India needs to investigate bribes and corruption. It does not look good for others to see this.
