No Bribe for my Flat Registration (Bribe asked was Rs 15,000)
A day before going for Flat registration I thought to consult with IpaidAbribe team and has sent email for guidence. Thanks to entire team who has suggested few homework before going for registration process.
I did not pay any bribe to get my flat registration work done.
It was sucessfully done in 3-4 hours. I had carried all relevant document and went straight to sub-registrar and discuss the requirement. Initially he try to divert me asking un-relevent documents e.g. Occupancy certificates , parking area not mention in Khata etc. But when i explained him that it is not req as per govt web site and I am also sure that if, i pay bribe of 15,000/- my work will be done with same set of documents which I will not do and will go with proper govt rules and guidelines. I can give that amount to any charity home but, not for bribing to get my work done.
This hit the target and the sub-registrar asked thr person to proceed the registration and get it done in 2 hours.
My gentle request to all of us that please don't bribe to get your work done. No short cuts.. Always go with rules and proper set of documents. Any one can do this honestly.
You will feel happy at the end of day that you are not part of corruption. Atleast We can start first step to make our society corruption free and educate others too.
