No bribe No permission for redvelopment
I had applied to the office of District Collector,Thane for permission for redevelopment of my plot in August,2010.It was originally submitted in August,2009 but after due process it reached cffice of collector in August,2010.Till October,2010 they kept my file pending for obvious reason that I refused to pay bribe.Although I followed up with them almost daily basis they delayed process of my file citing some or other reasons.Finally in october,2010 they send my proposal to state government asking for certain guidelines.This was communicated to me in the end of December,2010.Till now my proposal is pending with mantralaya and there no one is taking any decision on it.This all happened because I refused to pay bribe at district level.Before my proposal,so many others submitted similar proposals and got it cleared also.
