No FIR without bribe
I am an army officer & had lost my PAN Card in Pune. I wanted to file an FIR but since the SI could not ask for bribe directly because of me being an army officer, I was routed through many police stations who were not interested in filing the FIR without a bribe. I did not pay a bribe but in the bargain was not able to file the FIR. I wished to pursue the case but could not as I had to leave the city because of call of duty elsewhere.
