O no the documents are not correct go there & there, O now they are OK!
I had sent one of the client for registration of sale deed to the registration department. the documents were prepared similar to another sale deed document of another property registered a moth back.
since the client was not interested in paying any thing to the officer other than the govt. fee he was asked to go and again get the papers made. he had to shell out 2500 to the typist which was specified by the officer.
