One fifty rupees for attesting certificates
The incident happened 2 years back. I wanted to attest my B-Tech degree certificate for applying for a public sector company. I went to the Water supply office (dont remember the office exactly) in Kengeri and ********** the engineer there. I had the original certificate with me, but the officer refused attesting saying that he dont know me personally. I showed him the original document, even then he didnt agree. One sub-staff was watching all this and he came to me and told that giving him 150 bucks will solve the issue.
I didnt feel giving bribe for attesting my degree certificate. I finally left that place without attesting and got it done from a hospital.
