Paid fine instead of paying a bribe to a TC
I was traveling from Pune to Tirupati in a train (2nd calss) , and the ticket was booked online, As a ID Proof , I had my ID card issued by NIT Kurushetra (and other documents were Photocopies) but the TC refused to accept it as a prrof of Identity, and ready to leave to if I paid a bribe of 100/- but I paid a fine of 560/- and got a duplicate ticket instead.
