Passport bribe? I'll pass
In Pune, same thing with me also.... Blatantly these police officials ask for money, I too blatantly refused to pay even a single paisa.... I said I want passport but not at any cost, I have submitted all the documents needed for passport to be issued, I have legally paid one time fee at passport office and I will not pay even a single paisa to you, and I left. And yes, its true my passport came late may be in 3-4 months, but it came and the person came to deliver passport was expecting money from me too... I didnt gave him money though
